A clear holographic layer placed over a photo or key details, such as on ID cards. The information underneath stays readable, but any attempt to change it damages the hologram.

Choosing the right security level

• Level 1, overt: visible effects like your institution's logo in 3D, colour shift and movement. Anyone can check them.
• Level 2, covert: hidden features like micro text with your institution's name, checked with a magnifier.
• Level 3, forensic: lab-verified features for disputes and legal cases.
