What a custom hologram sticker is

A custom hologram sticker is a self-adhesive security label with a hologram made only for your brand. The image is embossed from a master plate originated for your artwork, so a copier cannot buy the same design from the market. Brands put it on the pack, cap or carton so that buyers, distributors and inspectors can tell a genuine product from a fake at a glance, and see if the pack has been opened.

Because we make the master, the film and the finished sticker in our own plant, one supplier handles the design, the security features and the delivery. We have been in the holographic industry since 2002.

Security features you can combine

Pick one feature or stack several on the same sticker.

2D/3D and dot-matrix images

Layered images and fine dot-matrix patterns that move and change colour as the sticker tilts.

E-beam security

Very fine e-beam origination for brands that need a hologram that ordinary hologram makers cannot copy.

VOID and honeycomb layers

If someone peels the sticker off, it leaves a "VOID" message or a honeycomb pattern, so it cannot be reused.

QR code and barcode

Variable data on every sticker, so buyers and inspectors can check a pack on their phone.

Serial numbers

Laser-engraved or inkjet numbers, one per sticker, so each pack or batch can be traced.

Special inks and micro text

UV, thermochromic and IR inks, and micro text that is too small to see without a magnifier.

Sizes, shapes and order quantity

There is no fixed size list. We make the sticker in the size and shape you need, from small round stickers for caps to wide labels for cartons. Send the size, or the space available on your pack, and we suggest the right format.

Stickers come in sheets for hand application, or in roll (spool) form for automatic applicator machines.

Importing hologram stickers from India

We are a hologram manufacturer and exporter in India, not a trader. Export prices are quoted in USD and paid by bank transfer (TT). Bulk orders ship by air or sea, and samples go by courier. Each shipment goes with a commercial invoice and packing list.

FAQ

What sizes and shapes can you make?

Any size and shape the buyer needs: round, square, rectangular, oval or a custom die-cut outline. Send the size you want, or the space on your pack, and we make the sticker to fit.

What is the minimum order quantity?

For standard 2-layer and 3-layer hologram stickers the minimum order is 1,000 sheets of 150 × 150 mm. For stickers with serial numbers or names it is 500 sheets. Samples are available before a bulk order.

Which security features can I add?

All the features we make can be combined on one sticker: 2D/3D, dot-matrix and e-beam images, VOID and honeycomb tamper-evident layers, QR codes, barcodes, laser or inkjet serial numbers, micro text, and UV, thermochromic or IR inks. We suggest a mix based on how your product is copied today.

Is the hologram design only for my brand?

Yes. The master for a custom design is originated in our own lab in Jaipur for your artwork, and you approve the design before production starts.

Can I get the stickers on rolls for an applicator machine?

Yes. Custom stickers can be supplied in sheets for hand application or in roll (spool) form for automatic applicators.

How do you ship custom stickers outside India?
